Terms of service

1. Scope

Bazify provides cloud software on a subscription basis: an online store builder, order, customer and inventory management, delivery and payment integrations, and a supplier marketplace for dropshipping.

Available features depend on your plan. The current list and prices are on the Pricing page.

2. Your account and security

You provide accurate information at sign-up and are responsible for keeping your password safe. Report any suspicious access to support immediately.

You may give team members access with separate roles; you are responsible for the actions of your team.

3. Free trial and payment

The free trial lasts 14 days and requires no bank card. After it ends, paid features stay available once you pay for the selected plan using a method offered in your workspace.

A subscription renews on the same terms until you cancel it. You can cancel in the workspace settings.

4. Your content and responsibility

You remain the owner of the products, texts, images and customer data you upload. You are responsible for their legality, your prices, fulfilling your customers' orders, and complying with trade and tax laws.

You may not use the platform for illegal goods, fraud or spam.

5. Refunds

Payments for the current billing period are not refunded. If you paid for an annual plan and did not use the service, we refund the unused period proportionally, minus the payment provider's fee.

6. Availability and changes

We aim for stable service but cannot guarantee it is free of interruptions. We announce planned maintenance and material changes to these terms in your workspace or by email.
